2019 – Portugal

Easter 2019 saw us run the second joint C&FH and Bangor University Herpetological Society expedition to southern Portugal. Favourable conditions were absent for the first few days. However, we persevered and we’re ultimately rewarded with 25 herp species including 20 individual snakes! We encountered some incredible species such as a large male Timon lepidus! If you’re interested in joining one our our tours, get in touch today!
